Meet Your Inspector

Hi! I'm Nick Hudgins
Owner of Grunt Work, U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, husband to https://www.chrissyhudgins.realtor/ , and father to 4 kids who have trained me to identify structural issues, trip hazards, and suspicious noises long before I became an inspector.
My mission now is simple: using attention to detail, discipline, and a little humor, to find issues, explain them clearly, educate, and help make your home a better and safer place to live.
Whether you are selling or buying a home or already own, let me help give you that peace of mind, a safer home, and maybe a laugh or two along the way- that's the Grunt Work guarantee.
