Most home inspections take 2-4 hours depending on the size, age, complexity of the property and how many jokes I throw at you. Larger homes or those with additional features like detached structures, or extensive systems and clients with a lot of questions may require additional time for thorough inspection.

Absolutely! I always encourage clients to walk through the property with me. This provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the home's systems, ask questions, and understand any findings firsthand and hopefully have a laugh or two (with me not at me). It's also a great time to learn basic maintenance tips.
